Terms of Use

RemakeFlow: Viral Video Maker

These terms are between you and Göktuğ Oğuzhan Topal, an individual developer in Türkiye ("we", "us"), and cover the RemakeFlow iPhone app and remakeflow.com. By using the app you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Apple's license terms

You license the app under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add to it. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app. If the two conflict about your license to the app, Apple's agreement prevails.

What RemakeFlow does

You import a short-form video. We analyze its structure with AI and write a personalized, shot-by-shot plan for your own content. You film it in the app, and the app assembles and captions your video on your iPhone. There is no account: your install is identified by a random ID.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Free remake and subscription

Your first full remake is free, with no paywall before it is shown. There is no free trial. After that, new remakes need a RemakeFlow Pro subscription:

  • Weekly: $7.99 per week
  • Annual: $49.99 per year

Prices may differ by country and currency; the price shown in the app when you buy applies. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles payments and refunds; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use Restore Purchases to recover a subscription on a new phone.

Fair use

Each install can start up to 10 new remakes in any rolling 24 hours. Regenerating a remake and switching its hook don't count. The app tells you roughly how long to wait if you reach the limit. We may adjust limits and may pause new imports when the service is busy.

Your content

  • Import only videos and links you have the right to use as inspiration, and follow the rules of the platforms they come from.
  • A remake reuses a video's structure, pacing and format, not its words. You are still the publisher of what you film and post: check that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and that it follows the law, platform rules and advertising disclosure rules.
  • Get permission from anyone who appears in your videos.
  • The app does not let you save or re-share the imported source video, and we delete it from our servers within 24 hours.
  • You give us a limited license to process what you submit, only to provide the service. We never receive your recordings or finished videos.

AI output

Plans, scripts, hooks and captions are written by AI and can be wrong or unsuitable. Review and edit them, and check every claim about products, health, money or results, before you publish. We don't promise that any video will perform in any way.

Acceptable use

Don't use RemakeFlow for illegal or infringing purposes, to create harmful or deceptive content, to get around limits or App Attest checks, to send automated requests, to reverse engineer the app, or to resell your subscription.

As is, and limits of liability

Some imports, such as TikTok and Instagram links, are experimental and may fail; importing from Photos is the fallback. Where the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse of these terms or the limits.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will update the date above and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app or on the website before they apply. Continuing to use the app means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
